Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to shop with us, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard only, zoom or high-contrast settings. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA.

What we have done

• Every form field has a label, and forms can be filled in and sent using only a keyboard.
• A “Skip to main content” link and a clear focus outline show where you are when using the keyboard.
• Product photos have text descriptions, and icon-only buttons have spoken names.
• Text colours are checked for contrast in both light and dark mode, and the site works when zoomed.
• We test the main pages with an automated accessibility checker (axe).

Known limits

• The 3D phone animation and 360° views are decorative extras. All the same information is in the text on each page.
• Some product photos come with short descriptions only (brand and model).
