These terms apply when you buy from BlueprintElectronics (Stanbank Building, 8th Floor, Shop A14, near the Archives, Nairobi CBD) online or in our showroom. By placing an order you agree to them. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.

1. Products and descriptions

We describe every item honestly, including condition (New, Open Box, Used – Excellent/Good/Fair, Refurbished), battery health, repairs and warranty. Photos marked “Sample image” are illustrations; ask us for real photos of a used item. All items can be viewed in our showroom.

2. Prices and payment

• Prices are in Kenya Shillings. Deal and offer prices apply only during the period shown; the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• Pay via Lipa na M-Pesa (Till 8504542) or in cash at collection. Your order is confirmed once we verify payment, and we send an official receipt.
• We may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error or if the item becomes unavailable; any payment is refunded in full.

3. Collection and delivery

You can collect free from our showroom (Mon–Fri 8am–6pm · Sat 10am–6pm · Sun closed). For delivery we call you to agree the courier, fee and receiver; the delivery fee is added to your invoice. Please check items on receipt and report any damage within 24 hours.

4. Cancellations

You can cancel online before you pay and before we start preparing your order. After that, call us; if we agree to cancel a paid order we refund you in full.

6. Trade-ins and instalments

Trade-in offers are estimates until we inspect the device in store. Instalment plans are agreed individually in writing.

7. Accounts

Keep your password safe. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse.

8. Liability

We're responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms, but not for indirect losses. Back up your data before handing in a device for return, repair or trade-in.

9. Governing law
